Warranty and Returns
Wuiske Models provides a twelve month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers faulty workmanship, materials or electrical components.
Wuiske Models will repair or replace any faulty items that are not of a merchantable quality.
Wuiske Models DO NOT provide warranty against products that have been modified, damaged or tampered with by the customer. We will try to offer assistance wherever possible to rectify any issues with products in the event of damage being incurred by the customer. Fees for parts and labor may apply for this service.
Any products that are returned to us and have been embellished in any manner, painted, modified, soldered, dropped etc. will be returned to the customer.
Whilst Wuiske Models makes every effort to ensure accuracy at all times with our products, listings, prices, images, credits and contents, we do not accept liability for any errors or ommisions made with the above due to human error or technical issues. We will make every reasonable effort to rectify the above issues as soon as possible in a convivial manner by attempting to negotiate with any affected parties.
If returning a product, the customer must telephone us to notify us that a product is being returned and the reason for this return. When the item is returned, please include a detailed description of any or all issues the product displayed. We will then proceed to repair or replace the item at our discretion. Customer is responsible for any postage fees incurred in returning products to Wuiske Models.

Wuiske Models is keen to protect your privacy. As such, we do not intentionally share your information with any third parties except as required by law or to facilitate business operations (such as shipping partners and payment processors).
We have put in place all appropriate electronic, physical and procedural safeguards and limit access to customer information to authorised personnel only.
The information we collect is usually limited to name, postal address, phone number, email address, payment information and information related to your order. Credit card details are not held by Wuiske Models.
Also, Wuiske Models may collect information about how people interact with our website. This is solely done to improve the website’s performance and content. This information may include things such as pages viewed, items purchased, dates and times of use, links and cookies.
